Well today's Day 1 and I'm starting out full of good intentions, as usual. I'm hoping this will work in combination with the new medication the doctor has me on. Decided that I need to include my diet and exercise with the medication in order to give it a fair shot.
Starting weight: 198 reality bites!
Reason for starting: I'm down to taking medication for my health, not how I want to live
Here's what I ate today
BK:Oatmeal with 2% milk/1 scoop protein powder/flaxseeds/bee pollen
MM: Ezekiel Bread toast with almond butter/strawberries
LT: Turkey Ezekiel Wrap with Tom.Onion Lettuce Avocado
AF: Hummus/Carrots
DT: homemade sausage with potatoes and mixed vegetables
Feeling: I was stuffed and had a hard time eating all this food
