Day 3 time to add exercise!

Okay okay I know... If I want to lose weight I gotta exercise.  I was supposed to play tennis this am but the rains guilted me into going to the gym.  I did 30 min of cardio (treadmill/bike) and 30 weight machines/abs.  I'm gonna be sore.

Here's todays food list

B:1 whole egg plus 2 egg whites omelet with spinach onion feta
M: yogurt with berries
L: ezekiel wrap with turkey, avocado, onion, spinach, tomato
A: ezekiel toast with almond butter 1/2 sliced banana
D: 1/2 Kashi Mediterraen Pizza

Fell asleep in my car (I never do that) waiting for kids ballet class to end.  The gym must have really kicked my butt!
