Day 2 A little easier

This is not as hard as I initially thought.  Eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger ones is okay.  It's a lot of food though.  I haven't eaten meal 6 yet.

Todays food

B:Choc. Protein Shake
M: Ezekial toast with Banana
L: went out had garden salad dress on side, asparagus crab soup (ate 3 bites too full!)
MM: yougurt with berries
D: Chicken (1/2 br.) w/ Jamacian spice mix, 1/2 sweet potato

Feeling pretty good, still very tired from sleeping badly.  Snoring bear~~~
